Stephanie Anne Siebert passed away on December 27, 2008, in San Antonio, Texas. Here is her obituary:
Stephanie Anne Siebert passed away on December 27, 2008. Stephanie was born in Commerce, Texas, on October 18, 1950. She is preceded in death by her father, Major William Siebert U.S.A.F. (Ret.). She is survived by her mother, Wilma Siebert, brothers, Bill (Janet) Siebert, Keith (Linda) Siebert, nieces and nephews, Keith (Debbie) Siebert, Wes (Penny) Lane, Carrie (Jeff) Jowers, Mimi (Chad) Bowen, Sarah Siebert, numerous great nieces and nephews. Stephanie was an educator to two generations of children at Harlandale I.S.D. before retiring after 30 years. She obtained a Bachelors degree at Texas State University, and a Masters degree at Our Lady of The Lake University. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at Sunset Memorial Park.

Brenda Burton
I worked with Stephanie in the Harlandale ISD for many years. She was at another campus for most of those years. We worked at the same campus together for the last 3-4 years before she retired. After retirement, she continued to substitute often. She was a teacher who cared deeply about the education of her students. Her smiling face was a joy to see everyday because you knew she was where she wanted to be. She was kind and caring about her students and her co-workers. Even though we were not friends away from campus, she was a wonderful co-worker. She will be missed by many. Rest in peace Stephanie.
