Based on the results of the Hotel Room Survey, we have reserved a block of rooms at the special rate of $99/night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located on the access road between Nacogdoches and Broadway. Follow this link to book hotel room(s). Until further notice, the special rate is valid from 10/17/19-10/21/19. When you get to the booking website, you will need to enter your check-in and check-out dates (for example, if you are arriving on Friday and leaving on Sunday, your check-in date will be 10/18/19 and your checkout date will be 10/20/19). Indicate the number of adults in the room and the number of rooms you want. IGNORE the "Rate Preference", "Corporate ID", and "IATA #" fields because the "Group Code"  defaults to "MAC".
