Three or four times a year I go out of town on business.  I either get to go to Houston, TX to look at some oil core being analyzed and stored at some huge lab; or to Jackson, MS to meet with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board folks and/or our oil & gas attorney; or to Laurel, MS to meet with my fellow team members in the field.  We feast on fried catfish and hush puppies.  Can anybody top that?
